How do I contact Inflatableout. regarding my order?

Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us via service@inflatableout.com. It is important to provide us with your email and telephone number, order number or tracking number so we can check the status of your order.

Will an invoice be included in my package?

There will be no invoice in your package. If you want to request for an invoice, please contact our customer service for a screenshot of your order details.

What if I have received a damaged order?

Please contact us as soon as you receive the package. And take pictures of the relevant damage. It will help us solve the problem and refund for you

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our products ship in the US.We ship via UPS,USPS,FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.Each shipping method will be based according to the size and quantity of the items ordered.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the same business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Please note delivery times vary depending on your location and the possible courier screening that the package goes through. Our standard delivery times (3-7 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Inflatableout, and our courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions and technical failures.

When will my order be shipped out?

Once we receive your order, we will process it in the same day and send out on the second day from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday's will be sent out together with Sunday’s orders.

What if I can’t pay by credit card?

If you are unable to make the payment by credit card, alternatively we suggest using Paypal or log in to Paypal to pay by credit card to finish the order.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result should take one week.

My area is prone to unusually windy conditions, will this affect my Movie Screen?

In order to prevent damage, we suggest you keep the Movie Screen away from high winds.

When I unplug my Inflatable Movie Screen, it deflates. Why is this?

Your Inflatable Movie Screen will not stay inflated unless it is plugged in and the fan is blowing air.

What are the ideal conditions to use my Inflatable Movie Screen?

The Inflatable Movie Screen is the designed for nighttime viewing. The brightness of your image will vary with the type of projector you use. We recommend you set up your Movie Screen in as dark of an area as possible (away from street lights and porch lights), and refer to your projector’s instruction manual for ideal projector placement.

How much electricity does an Inflatable Movie Screen consume?

It uses about as much energy as a few standard strings of Holiday Lights.

What happens if my Inflatable Movie Screen becomes torn?

Rips in the Inflatable Movie Screen can be sewn by hand (no special thread is required) or taped with clear packing tape. Note: if the screen itself becomes torn, it is recommended that it be sewn or taped on the backside to reduce visible damages and refl ection from projectors.

What is the best way to store my Movie Screen?

Store in the included storage bag and keep in a cool, dry location.

How can I clean my Inflatable Movie Screen?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry before storing away. Use mild detergent if necessary.
